Intake Diagnostic Interview

$100.00

An intake interview is your first appointment with a therapist. During this initial appointment, he or she will ask various questions in order to make, or come closer to making, a diagnosis and to create a personalized treatment plan for you. The initial appointment is also your time to ask your therapist questions.
The questions your therapist asks depend on a variety of factors, including the reason you gave for coming there, your age, and any pre-existing conditions.
He or she may ask you the questions directly and/or give you a diagnostic test on paper or online.

Individual Therapy Session

$70.00/Session

When problems are directly related to relationships — i.e., intimate partners, parents and children, or friends — individual sessions with a therapist can serve as a “safe space” to examine and contemplate feelings and issues. All “individual” problems take place within a wider sphere that impact — and are impacted by relationships with others. Relationship, Marriage, and Family Therapy is also available.

Family Therapy Session

$75.00/Session

Family therapy can help you improve troubled relationships with your partner, children or other family members. You may address specific issues such as marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family.

Faith-Based Counseling Session

$70.00/Session

Faith-based providing psychological support and counseling services combining theology and spirituality with theories of modern behavioral science. Patients who seek faith-based counseling are looking for a counselor who understands the importance of their spiritual beliefs. Faith-based counseling is usually short-term, with incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques into the treatment. Faith-based counselors help people with the same problems as do traditional counselors and psychotherapists, such as depression, anxiety and family and relationship problems.

HEALTH INSURANCE?

Currenly in process of becoming an "In-Network" provider with most medical insurances including: Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield; UPMC; Medicaid; OPTUM; United Health America; Health American/Assurance; Aetna; MultiPlan; Conventry; EAP. Continuing to add insurances when available.

Contact the office to find out if we accept your insurance and for the fee schedule. A reduced fee (out-of-pocket) is available for those who qualify that do not obtain insurance or choose not to use their insurance for the services provided.

PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All payments are due at the time of the scheduled session. Cash, check, money orders, credit/debit cards are accepted for payment. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)
